Chauffeur Travel Ltd — Accept the following Credit Cards as payment:

Visa & Mastercard or other arrangements as agreed during your booking.

We try to make our invoicing as straight forward as possible with the least amount of extra added. However, there are always exceptions:

Additional charges for out of hours pick-up/drop offs i.e. between the hours of 23:00 & 07:00.
We have a generous waiting time policy for airport transfer, which include the first 59 minutes of any flight delay, is free.
For non-airport hires this free period is reduced to 29 minutes.
No cancellation fee*.

*Provided the vehicle has not left for destination — otherwise a charge shall be incurred.

We advise that all passengers should note our mobile and office numbers so that any delays can be advised thus avoiding any unnecessary waiting charges.
